What is AXS Station?
The AXS Station is an interactive multimedia payphone terminal with transactional capabilities, that showcases an extensive array of everyday transactions.

How do I use AXS Station?
You can either input data by way of touch-screen or move conventionally by way of keyboard and mouse.

What can AXS Station do?

• Bill payments: StarHub Internet, IRAS, M1, Pacific Internet, Singapore Cable Vision, SingTel and, SunPage
• Send and retrieve Emails
• Provide information about the locality provider

Payments

Can I use my Credit Card to pay bills?
Currently, the AXS Station only accepts NETS cards and CashCards. We will accept Credit Card payment in the near future.

What if I am unable to scan my bill?
To retry, simply hold your bill with the barcode under scanner for a few seconds. If retry fails, key in your account number on the touchscreen keypad.

Can I make partial payment instead of full payment over at the AXS Station?
Depending on the Service Provider, partial payments may be allowed. Unless otherwise stated, payments are required in full. All fines require full payment.
Partial payments for traffic fines will not be accepted.

Are the transactions secure?
Yes, transactions at AXS Stations are done through the NETS financial gateway. Therefore, it is similar to making transaction using an ATM card in any shop via NETS EFTPOS terminals.

Why was my transaction unsuccessful?
It may be due to some reasons:

• Exceeded bank's daily withdrawal limit
• Insufficient funds in cardholder's account
• Declined
• Selected wrong account
• Incorrect Ticket Number entered

Cashcard

What should I do when my ATM Card/CashCard is retained?

• Call AXS Station customer service officers at 65602727 to report.
• For ATM card holders - the respective bank will send the card to you.
• For Cashcard holders - collect card from NETS.
• For Organisation Cashcard holders - NETS will send card back to the respective organisation.
