Checklist - Conversion of Driving Licence
You need to bring along the following when you apply for conversion of your foreign driving licence at any of the following driving test centres:
- Singapore Driving Test Centre 3, Ang Mio Kio, St 62
- Bukit Batok Driving Centre 815, Bukit Batok West Ave 5
- Comfort Driving Centre 215, Ubi Ave 4
Things to bring:
- Result slip to prove that you have passed the Basic Theory Test
- Passport
- A matt/semi-matt finish passport-size colour photograph with white background
- A fee of S$50.00
- Entry Permit
- Identity Card/Document
- Valid qualified foreign driving licence
- A certification letter from the Licencing Authority on the date of test
- Extract of driving licence record from the Licencing Authority if your licence does not have the date of first issue
- An official translation of the driving licence if it is not in English
