Checklist - Renewal of Photocard Driving Licence
Things to bring:
- your NRIC / Passport
- application form
- a fee of $50 for Photocard licence. Payment by Cashcard or NETS is encouraged
- medical examination report (for motorist 65 years old and every 3 years thereafter i.e 65,68,71,74,77 etc)
- proficiency test result and medical examination report (for motorist 65 years old and above renewing class 4 & 5 driving licence)
