Checklist - Replacement of Driving Licence
You need to bring along the following when you apply for replacement of your driving licence at Traffic Police Headquarters:
- Your NRIC/ Passport/ Work pass/ Resident pass, if you are applying personally.
- If you are applying on behalf of the licence holder, you need to produce a letter of Proxy and your NRIC.
- A matt/ semi-matt finish passport-size colour photograph with white background.
- A processing fee of $25. Payment by CashCard or NETS is preferred.
- A copy of the Police Report for third and subsequent application for replacement of driving licence.
