Class 2 Riding Licence - Procedure

Legal Requirement
Under the Road Traffic Act, you must be in possession of a Class 2A Qualified Licence for at least one year before you can apply for the Class 2 Qualified Licence.
Enroll For Riding Classes
Similar to obtaining the Class 2B/2A Qualified Licence, you have to enroll as a student for Class 2 riding classes through one of the 3 Driving Schools as stated below :

Riding Lesson
Upon enrolling into one of the 3 Driving Schools, you will be given the necessary training by your driving school to learn riding a motorcycle of the required engine capacity, on the driving circuits.
You will have to pass the Riding Assessment Test conducted by the driving school before you are allowed to take the Practical Riding Test (PRT) for Class 2.

Pass The Practical Riding Test (PRT)
Upon passing the Riding Assessment Test conducted by the driving school, you could then apply for the Practical Riding Test (PRT). There is no quota on the number of passes for the PRT. You need to be able to ride safely and competently in order to pass the PRT.
Upon passing the PRT, you will then be issued with a Class 2 Qualified Licence which allows you to ride a motorcycle of engine capacity exceeding 400cc.
